Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek ways to improve customer relationships.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and services to customers needs and objectives.

- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
-Prepare reports on account status.

-Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

-Oversee the arrival and due dates of clients orders.

Skills:
- 1-3 years of Sales or Account management experience.

- Proficient with a CRM system.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to work well with all levels of management.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
